Run Directions: From North and South, proceed east along the Churchill Roosevelt Highway. Take the Arima Bypass Road and continue eastbound until it rejoins the Eastern Main Road. Proceed through Arima and turn left onto the Blanchisseuse Road. Continue north along the Blanchisseuse Road and then turn onto the Paria–Morne Bleu Road. Proceed to Madamas Road Extension and continue to the run site. Look out for HHH sign!

🌿 Giving Back to the Trails We Love 🌿

On Saturday, members of TNTHHH traded their running shoes for garbage bags and gloves as we conducted a clean up drive at Spring Bridge, Blanchisseuse.

Together, we collected and removed litter from the area, helping to preserve the natural beauty of one of our favourite outdoor spaces. As trail users, we believe in leaving places better than we found them and doing our part to protect the environment for future generations.

A sincere thank you to all the volunteers who gave their time and energy to make a positive impact.

Run Directions:

Drive east or west along the Churchill Roosevelt Highway until you reach the Grand Bazaar interchange.
Take the exit for the Uriah Butler Highway northbound, heading toward Mount Hope and Champs Fleurs. Continue north and follow signs for Champs Fleurs and Santa Cruz. Turn onto the Eastern Main Road heading east toward San Juan. Follow the road to the Santa Cruz turnoff and enter the Santa Cruz Valley via Saddle Road. Continue along Saddle Road into Santa Cruz. Your destination is Santa Cruz Roundabout Bar.

Find your way to the North Coast Road. Follow the road passing Maracas, Tyrico Beach and Las Cuevas Bay. Continue along until you come to the Blanchisseuse Spring Bridge. Look out for HHH sign.

Run Directions:
Head East on the Churchill Roosevelt Highway, continue past the O’Meara Road, Pinto Road, Santa Rosa Heights and the Demerara Road traffic lights. At the next traffic light turn right onto Cumuto Road. Continue along the Cumuto Road, passing the Elmina Clarke-Allen Highway and Little Coora Road. Continue along the Cumuto Road to the junction and take the Cumuto OLD Road (on the Right). Follow the road for 1.4 km. The Run Site will be near. Please look out for HHH signs.

Hello Residents/Communities of T&T,

The Trinidad and Tobago Hash House Harriers recently hosted a moonlight trail in the Arouca area on Tuesday 5th May, 2026. We understand that some residents became concerned after seeing flour markings with “X” and “O” symbols near homes and along the roadway.

We wish to assure everyone that these are harmless trail markers used in the recreational activity known as “Hashing” or “Hash Running.” Hashing is an international social running and walking activity which has existed worldwide for decades, including throughout Trinidad and Tobago.

The symbols are not gang signs, criminal markings, or any form of obeah. They are temporary directional markers used to guide participants along a trail and are normally placed using biodegradable flour which disappears naturally over time.

We sincerely apologize for any fear or discomfort caused to residents. TNTHHH values the communities where we host our events and we appreciate the concern and vigilance shown by residents in looking out for their neighbourhood.
