Run Directions:
Headed East on the Churchill Roosevelt Highway, pass the Piarco traffic lights, Mausica traffic lights and Omeara traffic lights. At the Tumpuna traffic lights turn right. Follow Tumpuna Road until you meet San Raphael R.C. Church and take a LEFT onto Cumuto Tamana Road. Follow this road until Forest View Bar and turn left and continue on Cumuto Tamana Road. Follow this road to the run site. Look out for HHH signs.

Run Directions:
Proceed east along the Churchill Roosevelt Highway from Grand Bazaar. Pass the Cipriani Labour College and Valsayn North. Take exit into Curepe, passing KFC and Pizza Hut. Head north on the Southern Main Road and after Lyndon St, look for Smiles on the left. There is parking at the rear of the bar and opposite on the main road.

Run Directions:
From Grand Bazaar proceed westbound along the Churchill-Roosevelt Highway towards Port of Spain. Continue and turn right at the intersection onto South Quay, following the signs for City Centre / Independence Square. Continue along South Quay and turn left onto Broadway. Continue along Broadway towards Independence Square and turn right onto Independence Square South. Continue around Independence Square and follow the road towards Tragarete Road / Queen’s Park Savannah. Turn left onto Tragarete Road and continue west towards St. Clair / Queen’s Park Savannah. Continue straight along Tragarete Road, keeping the Queen’s Park Savannah on your left. Continue to the designated area opposite Queens Royal College (QRC). Parking will be on the side streets (Hayes & Mary streets) next to QRC.

Run Directions:
From the Grand Bazaar Overpass, proceed east past the Piarco lights. Continue in this direction for approximately 20 minutes, passing the Mausica and O’Meara lights. At the Tumpuna lights, turn right onto Tumpuna Road South. Continue south and make a sharp right at the Manuel Congo junction. Proceed past the Paper Tissue Factory, which will be on your left. Continue until you reach the T-junction at the San Rafael RC Church, then turn right and proceed towards Brazil Village. Continue along this route and look out for the HHH signs. 🔥🔥🔥👣

Run Directions:
Proceed east along the Churchill Roosevelt Highway from Grand Bazaar. At the Piarco lights turn left onto Golden Grove road. Proceed northbound towards the eastern main road and when reaching KFC turn right. Proceed eastbound to Lopinot junction which would be the second corner on the left. Turn left and proceed northbound on Lopinot road, cross the Priority Bus Route and continue. At the Y turn right and follow the main Lopinot road all the way up to the historical complex. Look out for hash signs

Run Directions:
From West and South proceed east on the Churchill Roosevelt Highway. Continue east for approximately 9 km, passing Curepe, St. Augustine, and Tunapuna.
Take the Orange Grove Road/Tacarigua exit and right onto the Eastern Main Road. Continue east along the Eastern Main Road through the centre of Tacarigua.
Turn left onto St. Michael’s Road and continue to your destination.

Run #157 took us deep into the beauty of Maracas Waterfall, where every climb was worth the view and every step ended with plenty of laughs.

A big thank you to our hares, Isaac Hunters, for putting together another memorable trail, and to everyone who came out, stayed back to camp, and kept the vibes going well into the night. Nothing beats waking up in the valley with fellow hashers after a great evening around the camp.
