Carifin Games

Carifin Games In 2004, the Miss CariFin competition was introduced to highlight and celebrate the women of the tournament.

Welcome to the Caribbean Financial Institution Games (CariFin Games) - an annual sporting event that connects the Caribbean's financial institutions through fun, fitness, and friendship. Founded in 1991 by fitness fanatic, Wayne Roberts, the CariFin Games were initially called The Banker's Cross Country and eventually transitioned to what is now known as the CariFin Games - a hub for workplace camaraderie through health and fitness with a shared goal of Caribbean synergy. Miss CariFin is described as a team player with a passion for fitness. The winner of the competition uses her title to encourage her colleagues to adopt a more active and lifestyle.

🏆 Ms CariFin 2025. PULSE Winner 2026. Kai Emmanuel keeps giving us reasons to celebrate!

Representing the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation, Kai stepped into the spotlight in 2025 and captured the Ms CariFin crown on her very first attempt.

In 2026, her creativity took centre stage as she earned FIRST PLACE in CariFin’s inaugural PULSE competition! 🎥🔥

Through the content she created for UTC throughout the season, Kai helped tell the stories, share the excitement and bring the CariFin experience to life beyond event day.

That is the spirit of PULSE: giving our community a voice, celebrating the people behind the performances and building connections across institutions.

Kai, thank you for bringing your talent, your perspective and your team pride to CariFin. From competing to creating, you remind us how much one person can contribute to a whole community. ❤️

Kirk Abraham continues to prove that at CariFin, you don’t have to fit into just one box. 💪🏽🏆

A true all-rounder, Kirk brought his energy, fitness and competitive spirit across the Games—dominating the Male Aerobics category and also securing the 40–49 age-group title.

And his performances meant even more than individual success.

Every point Kirk earned helped strengthen Team Central Bank’s campaign and contributed to CBTT becoming the Overall Champions of CariFin Games 2026. 🏆

This wasn’t Kirk’s first trip to winners’ row either. In 2025, he lifted the trophy as the Male Aerobics Champion, showing that consistency, commitment and a willingness to keep challenging yourself can produce results year after year.

That is part of what CariFin is all about.

You may come to get fitter.
You may come to represent your institution.
You may come thinking, “I’m not really an athlete.”

But somewhere along the journey, you may discover strengths you never knew you had, find yourself standing among the winners, helping your team succeed—and building friendships along the way.

Kirk’s story reminds us that fitness has many forms, and there is room in CariFin for all of us to find our event, test ourselves and contribute.

Fun. Fitness. Friendship.
And when individual effort becomes team effort, everybody has something to celebrate.

Congratulations, Kirk Abraham! 👏🏽👏🏽

🏆 **One to Watch: Dana Parris**

**First CariFin Games. Two standout performances. One powerful message.**

Dana only began taking her fitness journey seriously last year—but at her very first CariFin Games, she made an unforgettable entrance!

Representing **Republic Bank**, Dana placed **second in the One Lap Savannah race**, then became the **CariFin Aerobics Champion** after an incredible **1 hour, 4 minutes and 12 seconds** of competition.

What impressed us just as much as her performance was her message: financial-sector employees spend long hours at their desks, so we must make time to walk, run, exercise and take better care of ourselves.

Energetic, competitive and driven—Dana Parris is certainly **one to watch**. Congratulations, Champion! 👏🏽🔥

What do you think, Facebook family—could you keep moving for over an hour to win an aerobics competition?
