Hi I'm Jo ,

This experience was great , allowed me to work out / think out different scenarios.

If I had to choose / recommend a Team... Target Self Defense would be my choice again, the instructor is an attention to detail kinna guy, you get personalized attention and never get lost in his class.

PS...Who should consider joining, any and everyone, not saying we're looking for a fight ... but sometimes we find ourselves in some awkward situations.

The tool is never the problem, the problem is he still has an active brain - shutting it off is always the priority. Remove anything in your training that gets between you and that goal.
