Today is the last class before we close off for Christmas! Hope you all come out in your numbers for our Christmas party today! Let's all gather to celebrate another year of Zumba friendship and close off the year Zumba party style :)

Anybody who’s ever taken a Zumba® class with a friend or made a plan to meet a friend at the gym knows that when it comes to working out or taking a Zumba® class, two is better than one.

A fun time was had by all at yesterday’s Superheroes themed Master class hosted by fellow Zumba instructor, our dear Marielle at the La Joya fitness centre.💃🏻 Everyone came out in full support of the event and we all had a great time hanging with the rest of our Zumba family. Wonderful instructors, good vibes and superhero fun 💥💥💥

After yesterday’s energy filled Zumba session with Yubery and Annalisa, we indulged in some wonderful treats in celebration of Zorina’s birthday. ZFAB is not just about fitness, it’s also about friendship and sharing. That’s what makes our Zumba Family so very special 💗

Thanks to all the ladies who rocked their colorful socks yesterday to bring awareness to World Down Syndrome Day. We had a blast at class with Zumba Toning followed by abs and stretching.
