Postponement Announcement: 'Dare to Challenge' Event

Dear Participants and Supporters,

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we regret to inform you that the 'Dare to Challenge' military obstacle course challenge originally scheduled for 24th August 2024 has been postponed until further notice.

We understand that this news may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The safety and well-being of our participants and the quality of the event remain our top priorities, and this decision has been made with those factors in mind.

We are actively working on rescheduling the event and will provide updates as soon as a new date has been confirmed. Your registration will remain valid for the rescheduled event, and we hope you can join us on the new date.

We are thrilled to announce our upcoming Obstacle Challenge Course event, set to take place on 24th August at La VegaEstate. This event promises an exhilarating experience for all participants, featuring a range of challenging obstacles designed to test your strength, agility, and determination.

Beyond the thrill of the challenge, we are excited to share that part proceeds from this event will be dedicated to supporting a noble cause: our Back-to-School Book Drive. Education is a fundamental right, and unfortunately, not all children have access to the necessary resources. Paintball.....Experience the thrill.

Paintball is a competitive team sport in which players eliminate opponents from play by hitting them with spherical non-toxic biodegradable dye-filled gelatin capsules (paintball) that break upon impact. Paintballs are usually shot using a low-energy apparatus call a paintball marker that is powered by compressed air or (nitrogen) or carbon dioxide.

Paintball was introduced to Trinidad in the early 2000’s and gained momentum around 2005-2008, around that time it was announce as a prohibited weapon under the firearm’s act. Over a few years of planning and understanding the importance of rules, safety, regulations, Trinidad and Tobago Paintball Association was built and was given approval by the correct authority to govern the sport (paintball) in a controlled environment.

Trinidad and Tobago Paintball Association (TTPA) along with Spectrum Experience Ltd will reintroduce the game (paintball) by building leagues and hosting tournaments. Paintball is great for team building exercises for corporate companies, companies & family retreats, sports days & outdoor events, birthday parties, bachelor parties, beach/water fetes etc.

Paintball is good for weight loss and overall health, the intense exercise gained from a session of paintball can improve sleep cycles and boost metabolism, the endorphins released during game play also eliminate mental stress and bring a sense of calm. The Association will strongly promote the benefits of good health, one of our many objectives and to bring a new, fun filled event to our nation and to educate the population about the sport.
