Dear Participants,

We are excited to welcome you to the upcoming hike at Covigne River Gorges on February 25th, 2024. Please take note of the following administration details:

1. Meeting Point: The hike will commence from the Saaman Park Carpark located at Tucker Valley Road, Carenage. Please arrive promptly at 0700hrs to ensure a timely start.

2. Essential Items:
- Refreshments: We recommend bringing sufficient water and snacks to keep you energized throughout the hike.
- Change of Clothing: As the trail includes water courses, it is advisable to carry a change of clothing to stay comfortable during the trek.
- Footwear: Sturdy and waterproof footwear is highly recommended for navigating through the terrain and water crossings.

3. Bathing at the Gorge: Participants will have the opportunity to bathe at the gorge, so please bring appropriate attire and towels if you wish to partake in this activity.

4. Safety Precautions: While our team will ensure the safety of all participants, please adhere to any instructions provided by the hike leaders and exercise caution during the hike.

5. Weather Conditions: Be prepared for varying weather conditions and dress accordingly. We recommend checking the weather forecast closer to the date for any updates.

Aripo Jungle Camp “Cocoa Pod Hunt”

Team Go Hard or Go Home has been invited to partake in a one (1) mile run/walk by the Aripo community farmers on Sunday 28th March, 2021.

All are invited to come and take part in the festivities. Come let us represent and enjoy the heights of Aripo together.
