Ohhhhhhh yea its that time again The Mikphysique Christmas Eve Blaze it up session is back! So bring your exercise mat Bring sweat 🥵 and most importantly bring vibes💃🏽🕺🏽 give yourself the gift of fitness Christmas Eve Morning 6:45am - 8:00am at the Upper Malabar Community Center 🏫

COST: $50 TTD

First we start with: 15min warm up🕺🏽💃🏽 and stretch🧘🏽‍♀

Then: 15min fun but💃🏽🕺🏽intense!🥵 blood pumping cardio.

3min water🚰 break ⏱

Then we go into 15min Bodyweight strength 🏋🏽‍♂️and conditioning exercises, 15min Abs and Core workout.

Then a 5min⏱ cooldown 🧘🏽‍♀and stretch.😬

Also there will be few prizes to be won! So come out and bring a friend let's have a Merry Time. My gift to you Merry Christmas 🎄🎁🎅🏻🤶🏻 see you there!

Sunday Crew activities took a few weeks pause for its Head Coach to participate in the recently concluded Dragon Boat Regatta, here are a few pics from the event.

We are back out to our Sunday adventures starting with our fitness walk/run at Bamboo Cathedral this Sunday 16th October. Come join us, beginners are more than welcomed!
