We are pleased to announce our re-opening effective immediately with a YEAR END RATE of $300 till Dec 31st.

With stringent anti-covid protocols in place and unbeatable membership rates, Life Fitness Club has always proven to offer A-class equipment at the most competitive rates.

Everyone is expected to do their part to ensure a safe gathering for all members whilst we persevere through these challenging times.

(At this stage it is our intent to utilize the alloted times from 6am-10pm but plz note there may be variations in times and classes as we try to adapt to what is considered the new normal)

Good morning to everyone.
We are please to announce that as of tomorrow (22nd June 2020) we will be open back for business..

Now with that being said and we all are excited we must remember to follow the covid
Guidelines for the gym.
All members have a 1 HOUR TRAINNING SESSION.
Only 25 people are allowed. You can call to make an appointment if required.
ALL MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW THE NEW COVID GUIDELINES
We advise to walk with your own SANITIZER.
Mask must be on before entering the gym.
Social distance must be followed. 6ft apart.
Must wash/sanitize hands before entering
If you have any flu like symptoms Dont come to the gym (management and staff have rights to refuse entry)
Members must Clean equipments before and after used this is MANDATORY!!!
We will be posting updates as we go ahead.
Stay safe train safe......

Opening hours are
Monday to Friday 4:30am till 10pm
Saturday 9am till 2pm
Sunday we are close at the moment
