The positions are selected to complement your training by releasing key areas that tend to get tight or overused in rowing. Especially hips, shoulders and spine.

Time schedule, book a time slot for training on Friday and Saturday morning. Discounting of ála Carte Lunch menu at badvakten_helsingborg
Also rental fee will be applicable. We are following the standard fee used in Europe.
Tomorrow we will post a booking link and a payment link as well.

Captains meeting will be held at 18.00 on Teams link.

En bra dag på Fremlab ljud och bild check avslutades med ett mycket bra arbetsmöte check med Jonny Algren festotalt nere på Betongplattan fria bad, WRCC 2013 Helsingborg beachen.

Nu är tält layouten klar och de sätts upp på fredag 25 juli efter stora bildskörmen har satts på plats🖥️😎🇸🇪
Var gott med lite vatten hos vår partnerbadvakten_helsingborg😅
Läktarna sätt på plats av fritidhelsingborg på torsdag 24 jul under förmiddagen .
Event området börjar ta sig 🤩☀️
