❌ Everyone is doing these movements to improve Abdominal Muscles 🤔 BUT they are doing something wrong🆘‼️

CURL UP ➡️ 1️⃣Primary Muscle
✅ Re**us Abdominis ( karın kası )
💯 ⚠️Dynamic Contraction⚠️
2️⃣Secondary Muscles
✅External & Internal Oblique
✅Transversus Abdominus
✅Deep Core Muscles

SIT UP➡️ 1️⃣Primary Muscles
✅Hip Flexors ( iliopsoas,rectus femoris,sartorius,tensor fasciae latae )
2️⃣ Secondary Muscles
✅Abdominal Muscles act as Stabilizer ( aren’t dynamic contraction)
