Best sleep and jest wake up
You need 10 hours before sleep in order to cleanse your bloodstream of the stimulants that are contained in caffeine. Even a single dose of it can add to much unnecessary energy to your body. Moreover, it will stimulate your nervous system and may be the reason for not being able to relax your mind in the evening.
• No coffee, green and black tea, coca-cola, energy drinks, chocolate, and any ni****ne from this point on at all. These elements can easily disturb your nights sleep.
3 hours before sleep: dont eat anything or consume any alcohol if you have only three hours left before bed. Your body uses up a colossal amount of energy getting rid of all the bad stuff and alcohol and digesting a late meal in this case during the evenings while you are at home resting after work your body is actually working at full power. Although alcohol can make you feel drowsy at night, it disruspts sleep which is why you wake up feeling as though you spent the night slaving down a coal mine.
2 hours before sleep: from this point on don’t work or think about work, leave it for tomorrow because it wont manage to escape. If there are any thoughts disturbing you write down everything thats on your mind and set the list aside. Meditation is a good stress management practive that can help to relax your body and mind. As well as many other different strategies like listening to relaxing music, reading a book or even getting a relaxing massage. Try them all out and choose the best one for you.

Let your eyes and your mind rest in a good resting environment. Make your room cool, dark, and quiet. The presence of any light in the room can cause some trouble falling a sleep. Using blackout curtains and earplugs might be of great help. You can add more relaxing elements to your room if you need them, for example: scented sticks, a humidifier, or even a fan can become an important component of your sleep. Some calming activities like relaxation techniques can be a good add-on.
0 minutes until your alarm: Do you dislike the sount of your alarm? Do you set it ten minutes later every morning? You should not do that. Turn off your alarm clock and get out of bed straight away. dont get caught in the traf of putting it on sleepmode again and again. Getting up straight after the alarm goes off will help you get into this essential habit. An extra ten more minutes of sleep wont make you feel any less tired when you eventually have to get moving.
