Within 4 days, all sectors in Gaza collapsed, and over 200,000 people were displaced, entire neighborhoods are being evacuated. Press, ambulance, and civil defense crews are at extreme risk. Genocidal tactics and scorched earth are being employed by the Israeli air force, targeting homes and civilians.
International protection for innocent civilians in Gaza is an absolute imperative imposed on the international community and its organizations, and it must not be delayed any longer.
Every minute, there are civilian casualties (dead and injured). If the international community does not act now to protect civilians in Gaza, the death toll is projected to exceed 5,000 after a week.
The international community must immediately fulfill its responsibilities towards civilians and war victims.
