Life coaching is totally dependent on the coach’s ability to listen attentively and ask powerful, solution driven questions. Being heard is key to life change!

So much of life is spent reacting, which leaves most people feeling defeated and overwhelmed. Coaching is about looking at lif

e square in the face, seeking opportunities to respond proactively to challenges and obstacles.

3. Processing Honestly
Isn’t it hard to be totally honest with a friend or family member about how you feel? But with your life coach, honesty is foundational for a successful partnership. With your honest thoughts on the table, handled gently with grace and without judgment, real transformation begins.

4. Brainstorming Creatively
As a coach, I won’t tell you what to do to solve your problem, but I will definitely provide a safe place for you to brainstorm out-of-the box solutions that resonate more with who you are, and I can help you execute these solutions with strategised action plans.

5. Solving Problems
Problems. We all have them. And we are all tired of others problems, especially in our relationships with family members and close friends. As a life coach, I step in with fresh ears and a neutral response, giving you the space to share about those nagging habits, difficult relationships, and unlikely obstacles. I will guide you to view problems from different perspectives and expand your normal thresholds.

6.Reprogram your Mind
All these ideas sound great, right? And you could probably accomplish much of this on your own with a few good books and little bit of determination, however it would take a lot of hard work and time to do make such drastic changes. As a life coach I am trained to use nlp or hypnosis to change life long habits that are an inconvenience to your life, very quickly, and I can even help replace them with much more resourceful habits.

7. Discovering Your True Personality
Often times personal issues and times of conflict are intertwined with personality strengths and weaknesses. As we look at and discover the intricacies of your unique personality, you’ll begin to recognise your tendencies, both in areas of strengths and weaknesses, which almost always brings about improved relationships and an emotionally healthier life.

8. Drawing Upon Your Hidden Gifts and Talents

You are made uniquely with a set of gifts and talents which bring you joy, benefit others, and rise you to your full potential. By looking closely at your gifts and talents, we can harness your motivators, bringing a sense of satisfaction to other areas of your life.

9. Improving Relationships
How are your relationships fairing these days? Most people would like to improve some aspect of their relationships with family, friends, or even colleagues. Through putting together your personality, gifts and talents, as well as how you process life, we’ll uncover some key ways you can improve your relationships.

10. Overcome Creativity Obstacles
Through my art coaching program, I will help you regain access to the deep creative space that we all hold inside, by peeling off all the limiting unconscious obstacles, and from there using my experience as an artist I can further help you by providing you with the right tools and techniques for easy self expression.


11. Accountability for Action
For most people, success is found in accountability. As your life coach, I am bold in giving you homework and consistent in following up with you. My goal is for you to experience authentic life transformation, not become my client forever. I’d much rather see your success and celebrate true life change as your friend! Accountability is key, and as your coach, I promise to offer this to you!

The extent of trauma is not determined by the extremity of the situation rather by the intensity of the emotions present at the time of trauma which depend on how it was interpreted by the child.

Trauma puts the body in defense mode where all the energy used up for defense and survival rather than growth and body regeneration. When unresolved trauma resides in the subconscious, we develop depression or anxiety and see the world from a lens where in we constantly need to keep ourselves safe.

Fortunately habits are not a part of who we are and they can be changed consciously in order to aid our growth, for anything that remains unchanged is going against the flow of nature, thus habits that may have once served us may no longer be needed, and in fact releasing them can open space for new better habits that may be more serving for us in the now.
