Transfer News π°βοΈWeβre delighted to announce Kinetic Academy graduate David Kawa has signed for League One side Peterborough United. David impressed for Sevenoaks Town last season playing 17 games, providing a number of goals and assists in that time, under the management of our co-founder Harry Hudson. Best of luck davidkawa23 πͺ Harry Hudson, Kinetic co-founder & Sevenoaks Town manager: βI coached David at Crystal Palace from when he was 8 years old, he was there for a number of years and then he came into Kinetic through TSG GROUP with some of our younger age group teams after leaving Palace. We tried to help build him back up and find his game, then we sent him into AFC Wimbledon, who signed him and he was at the club for a few years until he came out of there around a year ago. That was when after trials, we brought him into Sevenoaks Town. Iβve known David for over 10 years now so Iβm very proud of him.β David Kawa: βMy time at Sevenoaks was very good. Roughly it took me a month to have a generic understanding on how to be productively efficient, on creating chances. Even though Iβm already physical, I have learned different ways to win fouls and use my physicality in various situations. Game management has also been a massive factor, in which Sevenoaks have progressed me in. This was my first proper year in Menβs football, at the start it was intimidating but as time went on I felt at ease. Even when things went wrong I kept on doing the good things. This allowed the coaches to get the best out of me. A massive thank you goes to TSG GROUP for bringing me this far and to all the coaching staff and everyone at the club who supported me.
