Antrenör bazen bir hareketi düzeltir, bazen doğru anda doğru şeyi söyleyerek sporcunun kendine güvenmesini sağlar.

A coach is the person who guides the development of an athlete or a team. They do not only teach technique; they also show the athlete how to train, how to think and how to improve over time. A good coach sometimes corrects a movement, and sometimes says the right thing at the right moment to help the athlete believe in themselves.

Çocuklar burada sadece eskrim öğrenmiyor. Aynı heyecanı, aynı yorgunluğu ve aynı gelişimi paylaşırken kendilerini ait hissedecekleri bir bağ kuruyorlar. Zamanla kulüp, sadece antrenmana geldikleri bir yer değil, kendileri gibi hissedebildikleri bir yer oluyor.
