All great stories come to an end... ❀️

Only two races were sailed in the finals, one on each day. But also made the most of their time on shore, socializing (and trading gear!) with the other sailors. 😊

Thanks to Optiteam WWSV Sailing Team Wind & Watersport Vlaanderen Sport Vlaanderen and of course coach Pieter 8 Days A Week and team lead Jelle Vets for helping to make this an unforgettable experience! πŸ™πŸ™β€οΈ

Today was the last day of the qualifiers, and gave their very best. Tomorrow the three days of finals start:

♀️ Sara πŸ₯‡, Lyra and Ade πŸ₯ˆ.

Congrats to all for the great sailing and perseverance in the challenging conditions during the qualifiers!! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ’ͺ

And a special shout-out for Siebe for treating himself to two(!) 5th places today, and thereby a double dose of ice-cream for the team 🍦. A fantastic birthday present for himself - congrats Siebe!! πŸ₯³
