Really happy that Rachel Lovegrove will be teaching at Heliotrope this year! There are still spaces left so this is a wonderful opportunity to spend six days of learning with her. Rachel has been teaching Iyengar Yoga since 1998 and is well known for her creative as well as pragmatic and down-to-earth style and her infectious sense of humour. She believe passionately in the life-changing possibilities of Iyengar Yoga and welcomes all enthusiasts, no matter age or ability.

Just come back from a fantastic week at Onuncu Koy - taught by Karen and Aubrey. They were in great form and the group was so friendly and fun. It was quite hot but it really is a good place to be when the mercury rises….
