🔧 HVAC Service Intervention – Carrier Chiller Repair
I had the opportunity to participate in a corrective maintenance intervention on a Carrier 30HXC190 water-cooled chiller, alongside the TMF Services – Carrier service team.
🔍 Diagnosis: An internal leak in the condenser between the refrigerant circuit and the water circuit, causing significant system malfunctions.
🛠️ Work Performed:
Replacement of the defective condenser.
Compressor inspection and overhaul.
Specialized cleaning of the evaporator.
Complete cleaning of the refrigeration circuit.
Complete oil draining and replacement.
Replacement of filters and defective safety components responsible for the malfunction.
👏 A challenging technical intervention successfully carried out through teamwork, technical expertise, and professional collaboration with the TMF Services – Carrier service team.
