Débarrassez-vous de la mentalité du "tout ou rien", cette façon de penser est très toxique et nocive, par exemple, vous gâchez le régime pendant une journée et vous arrêtez pour le reste de la semaine dans l'espoir de revenir parfaitement la semaine suivante .
