Hotel Booking Steps
1. Open the booking link
o Go to our Instagram profile.
o Click the hotel booking link in the bio.
2. Choose your accommodation
o You will see all available room and accommodation options, including:
Single Room
Double Room
Triple Room
o And two different Blocks
Central Block
Yasmine / Village Block
o Select the option that suits you best. *All displayed prices are per night per room*
3. Select your room
o For example, if you choose a Double Room, both people sharing the room do not need to register at the same time.
o One person can complete the booking for the person(s) staying in the same room.
4. Choose the number of nights
o Select how many nights you would like to stay.
o Example: 2 nights.
o Then click Next.
5. Enter your personal information
o Fill in all the required contact and personal details.
6. Insert your check-in and check-out dates
o In the Company Name & VAT, insert respectively your check-in and check-out dates, Example:
Check-in: 9 October 2026
Check-out: 11 October 2026
o Then click Next.
7. Choose your payment method
Option 1 – Pay online
If you have an International bank card, you can complete your payment directly online through the payment platform.
Option 2 – Pay through one of our partners
If you cannot pay online (Specifically Tunisians, Algerians and Lybians), you can contact one of our designated partners, depending on your country, and pay them directly.
o Tunisia: Contact Carthage CrossFit / Carthage Throwdown Pages/WhatsApp Directly.
o Libya: Contact Moatssam Moghrabi – CrossFit SD / SD Championship
o Algeria: Contact Anis Nasri – DZ Fit Games
8. Receive your promo/payment code
o Once your payment is confirmed through the partner, you will receive a personal “Promo code”, similar to the competition finals registration process.
9. Apply your code
o Return to the hotel booking page.
o Click “Have a promo code?”
o Enter your code.
o Click Apply.
10. Confirm your booking
• Once the code has been successfully applied, complete the final step on the platform.
• Your hotel registration is now confirmed.
