We are actively seeking a Padel Club Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Smash Padel Tunisia, located in Sousse. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing the sales and marketing team, building relationships with customers and partners, and conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends. The Sales and Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating and managing the budget, as well as analyzing and reporting on sales and marketing metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with the Padel Club's brand and objectives.
Sponsoring Methodology: Devise and implement innovative sponsoring methodologies to attract sponsors and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships that contribute to the overall success of the Padel Club.
Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, businesses, and organizations to enhance the Padel Club's visibility and reach.
Event Organizing: Take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing events, tournaments, and promotional activities. Ensure seamless ex*****on and create memorable experiences for participants and spectators.
Sports Entertainment Background: Leverage your knowledge and experience in sports entertainment to enhance the overall appeal and engagement of the Padel Club. Stay updated on industry trends and implement strategies to keep the club at the forefront.
Promotions: Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional campaigns to drive membership, increase attendance at events, and boost overall brand awareness.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably within the sports and entertainment industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful partnerships, sponsorships, and events.
In-depth knowledge of the Padel industry and sports entertainment landscape.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.
