Community needs and expectations have changed over the years and we believe ITF Thailand has modified its’ approach to meet the new demands. The progressive and dynamic approach of ITF Thailand has resulted in classes providing the best of traditional Taekwon-Do combined with practical personal self-defence skills. ITF Thailand welcomes students from seven years of age to take up what can become a

lifetime activity. Two one-hour classes per week are all it takes to substantially enhance your quality of life. The healthier and fitter you are, the happier you will be and with a bonus of learning a fantastic martial art. ITF Thailand has classes for children and adults and we strongly encourage the whole family to join. ITF Thailand boasts some of the most highly qualified Instructors originally from Australia, all of whom are recognised by the International Taekwon-Do Federation. You will learn the original Taekwon-Do as developed by General Choi, not sport Taekwon-Do, developed for competition. Personal practical self-defence is a key component of our classes and is a part of each examination. The emphasis is on practical and appropriate self-protection skills to meet real life situations. This brochure will provide you with information about ITF Thailand including curriculum structure and where you can train.
