Every top earns points. How many? That depends on the rest of the galaxy 🪐 BP Galactic Cup is built for recreational climbers with different strengths, styles and levels of experience. So our Dynamic Scoring system gives different kinds of climbers different opportunities to make their mark.
Every Qualifier boulder carries 1,000 points, shared among everyone who tops it.
1 climber tops it → 1,000 points
5 climbers top it → 200 points each
10 climbers top it → 100 points each
Each send adds to your score, and a boulder that plays to your strengths could make a meaningful difference to where you stand.
And every point has 2 missions: it contributes to your individual ranking and to the battle between 👽 Team Aliens and 👨🚀 Team Terrans.
The leaderboard stays alive throughout all 9 days. As more climbers send each boulder, the points adjust, so your position can keep moving right until the end.
