And this is what I call my 9m² lab. A 9 sqm space, papa’s set of dumbbells, a table, a fridge, and of course, my never-ending stubborn self.

This is where I build small wins, my small wins, both inconsistently and consistently.

Things will always get in the way… a hectic work schedule, failures, loss, dishonest business partners, and everything in between. That’s LIFE.

Showing up as I am, with who i’m with Chermin Leratwatin, and what I have now, is the only KEY to growth.

The 9m² lab is where I build not only my physique, but also my mind, my spirit and my projects & ambitions.

Auren’s laboratory, the “9m2 Lab”.

This is where it all started, and where it should start every single day.

Consistency is one of the main reasons I created Auren. The journey that comes with it is what makes it meaningful. This is where I find myself, where I learn, and where I grow.

If everything were already figured out, there would be no point in grinding for it. And part of that grind is not only about what we achieve on the outside, but more importantly about what develops on the inside.

I’m proud to admit that it’s tough. But I’m also proud to say that this is what makes life and faith interesting and satisfying.

I’m just getting started, and there is so much more to this journey I call “The Auren Journey”.

Success is never guaranteed, but the journey is what makes it meaningful.
I’m excited to have all of you with me on this path.

And to my small circle of followers, family, and friends, thank you for believing in this vision.

Again, Auren is about creating and maintaining a community of grinders, both on and off the field, moving together toward building a better environment and stronger community.

Introducing Auren’s 2nd Athlete, James Goodey.

James is a living example of continuous discipline and progressive living, embodied not only in his own journey, but reflected in the lives of those he inspires.

A former successful triathlete and now an endurance athlete competing in HYROX and marathons, James embodies discipline, resilience, and long-term commitment both in sport and in life.

He is also the co-founder of a financial literacy institute The Bridge Education - คอร์สการเงินและการลงทุนสำหรับเด็ก dedicated to empowering children with the skills and knowledge to make wise financial decisions from an early age.

Above all, James is a devoted son, an amazing husband, and a fantastic father.

James represents the true meaning of winning every day: consistent growth, purposeful action, and integrity throughout the journey.

This is what Auren stands for. We promote positivity and hope through sports, whether you are a professional, an amateur, or a recreational athlete.
