Depending who you talk to, F45 is either the best or worst thing out.
What do I think?
Eight years ago it fulfilled my needs ideally. I needed something convenient, quick and low cost.
I wanted to get fit and lean. At the time I wasn’t aiming to get strong or learn advanced techniques.
Plus, it had a fun culture with good vibes.
For my purposes, it was fantastic…
To me, F45 is like group leadership training.
Accessible to a large number of people,
A great opportunity to build culture,
Low barrier to entry investment.
It can help you quickly and simply improve your fundamentals. If you want to learn about leadership, it will do that.
But just like F45 alone isn’t going to make you a top athlete, help you master technique or get you lifting solid kg’s…
Group training and free workshops aren’t going to:
* Make you prime C-Suite material,
* Turn you into a masterful influencer
* Help you build the self awareness of a peak performer
What would an athlete do?
Hire a coach.
What do the best executives do?
Hire a coach.
Reality is, if you do what everyone else does, you’re going to get what everyone has.
