Do you actually like everything?
If I classed a food as 'bad' - I wanted to eat it.
In some ways I felt addicted to it.
If it was sugary, wanted it.
Chocolatey, wanted it.
Creamy, wanted it.
Carby, wanted it.
But once I gave myself full permission for all foods, I realised I didn't actually love all of these things as much as I thought.
After eating certain things a few times, I stopped wanting them so much.
Some I realised I straight up disliked.
I could only figure this out once I gave myself the power in the decision.
& that required letting go of the rules.
Now?
I still love chocolate.
Honestly, hate sweets.
I love pasta and bread, but not really white bread.
I love custard.
I don't like whipped cream.
I realised I wasn't the dustbin I thought I was.
