A few years ago, this was my world.
In 2022, I became the PCA Thailand Men’s Physique Champion… but what most people don’t see is that it took me 14 shows to get there.
13 losses in a row.
Then finally, the win.
Looking back now, I’m grateful for every single loss because they made that moment mean so much more.
What’s crazy is how different my life was back then. I had just stepped into my role as Head Coach at Tiger Muay Thai, but I was still fully focused on bodybuilding, eating 6–7 meals a day, training purely for aesthetics, and living a completely different lifestyle.
Fast forward to today and everything has changed.
Since my bodybuilding peak, I’ve dropped over 25kg, moved deeply into combat sports, changed my entire approach to training, nutrition, conditioning, and performance.
Back then it was about looking elite.
Now it’s about performing elite.
Different chapters. Same mindset.
This post is a throwback to the build-up and the moment I finally won the national title in 2022… and a reminder that sometimes the losses are exactly what prepare you for the next stage of your life.
