Don’t just throw punches — drive from the ground up
Use your legs, rotate your hips, transfer energy through your core
Every kick should feel like it breaks the bag, not just touches it
Train in rounds with purpose:
1 round: pure power (slow, explosive shots)
1 round: combinations with full force
1 round: add movement + timing
Control your breathing. Stay relaxed.
Because tension kills speed… and speed creates real power.
A strong fighter doesn’t hit more —
He hits smarter, sharper, and harder.
