Healthy tips:
Great visual that shows why centimetre loss is FAT loss, and matters so much to achieving a healthy body size and shape. It's not just kilos we should judge progress by.
For those of you still struggling.. just do it better the next day.
Go back on into your program.
Does not matter if you started last week, last month or last year
Does not matter what struggle, lost motivation, discourage, depression, family problem, stress .. what ever it is.. do it one more time.. for your self esteem.. For you to Feel Great then you Look great!.. For your own health.
Just start again:
Eat healthy 1 meal at at time
Drink more water
Have the shake, 1 x .. 2 x.. daily as much as you can to start.
Have the fat burner tea
Have the detox/cleansing tablet..
DON'T GIVE UP ON YOURSELF.. no matter what is the circumstances! You are worth it!
