Every week as part of the Sunday check in with my clients, one of the questions I ask is “Name a win from the last week”
Now these wins can be anything.
I encourage non scale based wins mostly!
And this is honestly one of my favourite wins to hear from a client.
This clients main goal is to lose weight
But if you don’t improve your relationship with food then keeping the weight off once you lose it will be a lot more difficult.
Through various strategies and coaching with my clients, this is something we work on a lot during the program.
Wouldn’t you like to eat some good food and not feel guilty after? Or not sack off everything you’re doing because you’ve “already ruined it so might as well start again Monday” and STILL be able to achieve your goals?
Yeah. I thought so.
