การแข่งขัน Toyota Gazoo Racing Thailand 2026 สนามที่ 2 ณ จังหวัดภูเก็ต ปิดฉากลงด้วยผลงานที่น่าพอใจของทีม หลังนักแข่งทั้ง 3 คนสามารถทำผลงานด้วยการคว้าโพเดียม ท่ามกลางการแข่งขันที่เต็มไปด้วยความเข้มข้นและเหตุการณ์สำคัญตลอดสุดสัปดาห์
เริ่มต้นการแข่งขันในรุ่น Yaris OMR Division 2 ซึ่งเดิมกำหนดให้แข่งขันทั้งหมด 20 รอบ โดยรถหมายเลข 27 พงษ์ทร ออกสตาร์ตจากอันดับที่ 7 ขณะที่รถหมายเลข 26 นัทตพล สตาร์ตจากอันดับที่ 8
อย่างไรก็ตาม การแข่งขันต้องเผชิญกับธงแดงที่ออกมาขัดจังหวะและเซฟตี้คาร์ต้องออกมานำ ส่งผลให้จำนวนรอบการแข่งขันถูกปรับลดลงเหลือ 18 รอบ หลังการรีสตาร์ท นักแข่งทั้งสองคนสามารถขยับอันดับขึ้นมาได้เล็กน้อย ท่ามกลางเกมการแข่งขันที่ยังคงเข้มข้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ก่อนที่ในช่วงท้ายเกมรถเซฟตี้คาร์จะออกมาสู่สนามอีกครั้ง
อย่างไรก็ตาม หลังเซฟตี้คาร์ออกไป ยังคงมีเวลาให้รถทุกคันได้ดวลกันอีกหนึ่งรอบ และเป็นการต่อสู้ที่เข้มข้นจนถึงเส้นชัย โดยผลการแข่งขันในเรซนี้ปรากฎว่ารถหมายเลข 26 สามารถคว้าโพเดียมอันดับที่ 4 ขณะที่รถหมายเลข 27 คว้าโพเดียมอันดับที่ 5 พร้อมทำเวลาต่อรอบเร็วที่สุด หรือ Fastest Lap ด้วยเวลา 1:01.655 นาที
ปิดท้ายการแข่งขันสนามภูเก็ตด้วยศึกในรุ่น Yaris OMR Division 1 ที่แข่งขันทั้งหมด 20 รอบ โดยรถหมายเลข 21 Aleeanz ออกสตาร์ตจากอันดับที่ 3 บนกริด
จังหวะออกตัวในช่วงต้นเกมไม่เป็นไปตามที่คาด ส่งผลให้อันดับร่วงลงไปถึงอันดับที่ 9 แต่ตลอดการแข่งขัน Aleeanz ยังคงรักษาความนิ่งและมุ่งมั่นหาจังหวะในการไล่แซงคู่แข่ง ด้วยเกมการแข่งขันที่เต็มไปด้วยความเข้มข้น รถหมายเลข 21 ค่อย ๆ ขยับอันดับขึ้นมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ก่อนจะสามารถไล่กลับมาจบการแข่งขันในอันดับที่ 5 ได้สำเร็จ
โดยรวมแล้ว การแข่งขันสุดสัปดาห์นี้เป็นไปในทิศทางที่ดี ทีมมีความพึงพอใจกับผลงานของนักแข่งในสนามภูเก็ต และสามารถเก็บเกี่ยวประสบการณ์สำคัญเพื่อนำไปพัฒนาต่อในสนามถัดไป
สำหรับการแข่งขันสนามต่อไป พบกันที่จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์กับการแข่งขันสนามที่ 3 ระหว่างวันที่ 24-27 กันยายนนี้

The second round of the Toyota Gazoo Racing Thailand 2026 season in Phuket produced a solid weekend for the team, as all three drivers delivered robust performances in a highly competitive event filled with intense on-track action.
The action began with the Yaris OMR Division 2 race, originally scheduled for 20 laps. #27, driven by Pongthorn, started from P7 on the grid, while in #26, Nattaphol, lined up in P8.
However, the race was interrupted by a red flag, with the Safety Car also deployed during the event, resulting in the race distance being reduced to 18 laps. Following the restart, both drivers were able to make progress through the field as the competition remained intense. Late in the race, the Safety Car was deployed once again.
Despite the interruptions, the drivers still had one final lap to battle for position, setting up an intense fight to the chequered flag. In the end, #26 crossed the line in P4, while #27 finished P5 and also set the fastest lap of the race with a time of 1:01.655.
The Phuket round concluded with the Yaris OMR Division 1 race, contested over 20 laps. #21, driven by Aleeanz, started from the second row.
However, the start did not go as planned, and Aleeanz dropped down to ninth place in the early stages of the race. Remaining calm and focused throughout the race, Aleeanz patiently searched for opportunities to overtake the competitors.
In a race filled with intense battles, #21 steadily worked its way back through the field and eventually crossed the finish line in P5.
Overall, it was a positive weekend for the team, good performances were delivered in Phuket. The team also gained valuable experience and momentum to carry forward into the next round of the championship.
The action now moves on to Buriram for Round 3, taking place from September 24–27. The team is ready to continue pushing forward and fighting for even stronger results in the upcoming race weekend.
