⛰️ ปีนี้ย้ายจัดสถานที่ใหม่ พร้อมประสบการณ์เส้นทางเทรลที่แตกต่างจากทุกปีที่ผ่านมา
🏃🏻 เส้นทางส่วนใหญ่เป็นป่าธรรมชาติ บางช่วงมีความชันและความท้าทายในระดับค่อนกลางถึงสูง แนะนำให้นักวิ่งศึกษาเส้นทาง วางแผน และเตรียมอุปกรณ์ให้พร้อม
🌧️ สภาพอากาศในพื้นที่จัดงานมีโอกาสฝนตกเกือบทุกวันในช่วงบ่ายถึงค่ำ
แนะนำให้นักวิ่งเตรียมไม้โพล (Trekking Poles) เป็นอุปกรณ์แนะนำที่ใช้เหมาะกับการแข่งขัน
🦟 ในบางพื้นที่อาจมียุงและแมลง นักวิ่งที่มีอาการแพ้ ควรเตรียม ยาทา/สเปรย์กันแมลง พกติดตัวระหว่างวิ่ง

⛰️ This year brings a new race location and a completely different trail experience from previous editions of TNF100.
🏃🏻 Expect mostly forest terrain with technical and challenging elevation gain, designed to truly test your trail running skills.
Please study the course carefully and make sure your gear and race plan are well prepared.
🌧️ Weather conditions at the venue show frequent afternoon to evening rain. We strongly recommend bringing trekking poles as essential equipment.
🦟 Some sections may have mosquitoes and insects, runners who are sensitive are advised to carry insect repellent during the race.

💥 For returning TNF100 runners: This year will not be the same as before. The course and experience have been redesigned.

สำหรับนักวิ่งระยะ 100KM และ 50KM

🟢 เปลี่ยนจาก ลานรักแคมป์ เป็น ภูน้ำทรัพย์ (อยู่ใกล้กับจุดเดิม)
🟢 GPX ยังเป็นเส้นทางเดิม (ตามประกาศเมื่อวันที่ 22 พ.ค. 26)
🟢 ในวันแข่งขันจริง นักวิ่งจะพบสัญลักษณ์นำทางตลอดเส้นทาง พร้อมริบบิ้นระบุเส้นทาง

For 100 KM and 50 KM runners

🟢 Location has been changed from Lan Rak Camp to Phu Nam Sap (near the original location)
🟢 GPX route remains unchanged (as announced on 22 May 2026)
🟢 On race day, runners will follow clearly marked directional signs along the course, supported by route-indicating ribbons
