Surfski ของ NK ผลิดด้วยวิธี Process Autoclave and Prepreg tech เป็นกบวนการผลิตที่ใช้ใน อุตสาหกรรมอากาศยาน และ รถสูตร 1 เท่านั้น, ซึ่งใช้ Pressure มากถึง 4 เท่าของบรรยากาศ ประกอบกับความร้อนของ autoclave (เตาอบชิ้นงานขนาดใหญ่) ทำให้ Pre-Impregnator carbon fiber แต่ละชั้นประสานกันอย่างเหนียวแน่นที่สุด ชิ้นงานมีน้ำหนักเบาพิเศษ และแข็งแรงพิเศษ ซึ่งเป็นเทคโนโลยีที่เหนือชั้นกว่า vacuum infusion หรือ hand lay up process ที่ใช้อยู่ใน Surfski แบรนด์อื่น ๆ ทำให้ Surfski ของ NK มี performance ที่ดี ซึ่งพิสูจน์แล้วใน เวที การแข่งขัน Surfski ระดับ World class
all NK skis are made with autoclave and prepreg technique, a process often used for space industry and F1 cars, the high pressure(up to 4 x atmosphere pressure) and heat from the autoclave together with the pre impregnated fibres guaranties a very hard bond between the layers of composite creating a extra ordinary light yet strong construction not comparable with other techniques normally used for kayaks such as vacuum infusion or other hand lay up processes. So NK Surfski has good performance proven by world class Surfski competition :-
