As much info in English as we can get about Chiang Mai's fastest growing club.

I'm originally from England but have lived in Thailand for the last six years, the last four being in Chiang Mai. I followed Chiang Mai FC avidly for three years and have been supporting JL Chiangmai Utd since they moved to the Muang Chianmai stadium.

Match day. Friday night is not good for many people, myself included. Chonburi have long been a top team and usually good to watch. Let's hope it's a decent game.

I rarely critisise the ref because I know they have a tough job but that t**t very carefully studied VAR and still could not see a handball that led to the first Prachuap goal. Also right at the end Evson was given a second yellow for the gentlest of touches which means we will lose one of our most influential players for several important games. I am sure the club will complain about him but it will do no good at all.

When the ball hits a hand it's called handball. How the F # # # can the referee not see that. That is without doubt the worst VAR decision I have ever seen.

A long trip for a Friday evening game. Although Prachuap are also in a relegation spot they have won 3 of their last 5 including wins against Bangkok United and Buriram. Both teams have only managed 20 goals each all season so don't expect a goal-fest. If we can continue the fight we showed last week I think we can be hopeful of coming home with something.

That was harsh. At times we really fought but there are some huge holes in our plan to progress. Where to start? Bill tried to back heel the ball 4 times and failed on each occasion. The 4th led directly to the winning goal! Boli used to be a good striker, now he couldn't hit the target if his life depended on it. In the 93rd minute when we really deserved a point we were denied by millimeters as the ball clung desperately to the line. I think now that the new manager has been given full control of the team, there has been a lot more fight in the them. Let's hope this setback is just a blip. Getting out of this hole is just about impossible but play for pride and enjoy it.

Let the good times continue. Very early kick off tonight as we welcome Ratchaburi. Thankfully they are also struggling a little so can we get more points? Their danger player is Dechmitr. He is a player whose style I really like being a tough no nonsense midfield play maker. Keep him quiet and we could be in for another good game.

It happened again. WE WON. This time it was truly amazing. 1 - 0 up after a minute, I have to be honest, I thought well that still gives Port 90 minutes to turn it around. It wasn't a lucky win, we fought for it. We didn't sit back, we went at them. Port did go close a couple of times but they just weren't good enough. We only have a short history and we do have a couple of decent cup results but this has to go down as the best result in our history. Well done boys and enjoy another win bonus. Last week I was accused of substance abuse and insanity at suggesting we would get 6 wins from the last 10 games, yet here we are. Now I'm thinking we could go unbeaten to the end of the season.

For many years Port have occupied the upper reaches of T1. Always the bridesmaid never the bride. However this year they are slightly adrift in 7th place. Their big name players seem to be a few years past their prime and the scariest thing about their squad is Madam Pang. I am sure that we can keep our wonderful unbeaten run in the league going.

Our winning streak has come to a sad end. We were outclassed by the giants of Northern Thai football. To be fair we were not allowed to play Nont, Bill, and Eakkanit because they are all on loan from CR. I guess we can now concentrate on the league.

Can we keep the winning streak going? We have a tricky little league cup game at our near neighbours Chiang Rai United. For too long now they have been the best of the Northern clubs. I think it's about time we knocked them off that perch.

Did anyone else see what just happened? WE WON. WE WON. OK, the opposition wasn't the best and I think we have played better many times this year but wow. It has been a long wait. I have been accused of being an optomist in the past but I now predict that we will win 6 and draw 3 of the final 10 games and finish in a healthy 12th place. You read it here first. Well done boys. I hope you enjoy every bit of the 500,000 Baht win bonus you were given.

Samut Prakan are in deep trouble especially after Suphanburi taking 3 points from us last time out. This will surely mean that they will put up a very tough fight. Hopefully we can do the same and we will get a decent game as we did against Suphanburi. Maybe even points.
