On Vesak Day, 31 May, KTBCS Centre will conduct the following pujas, presided over by Venerable Sonam Tashi Rinpoche, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, for the benefit of all participants and all sentient beings.
在 5月31日卫塞节，本中心将于 上午10:00 至中午12:30 举行以下法会，由 尊贵的 Sonam Tashi Rinpoche 主法，利益所有参加者及一切有情众生。

1️⃣ Riwo Sangchö Puja / 日沃桑却烟供法会

3️⃣ Lha Lu Puja / 拉鲁法会
🌿 Lha Lu Puja helps restore weakened life-force energy, bringing vitality, clarity, stability, and inner strength.
拉鲁法会 旨在修复衰弱的生命能量，带来活力、清明、稳定与内在力量。
💛 Lha Lu Puja sponsorship: S$40 per person, including sponsorship for Riwo Sangchö and Sakyamuni Buddha Puja.
拉鲁法会供养为每人 S$40，并包括 日沃桑却烟供 及 释迦牟尼佛法会 供养。

Dear Lha Lu Puja Participants,
For those attending the Lha Lu Puja, kindly bring the following personal items for blessing, where possible:
亲爱的路鲁修法参加者，
若因缘具足，敬请参加者携带以下个人物品前来加持：
1️⃣ One new piece of clothing, such as a new shirt or pair of pants that has not been worn before
一件新的衣服，例如未曾穿过的新上衣或裤子
2️⃣ One old piece of clothing, such as a worn dress, shirt, or pair of pants
一件旧的衣服，例如曾经穿过的衣服、上衣或裤子
3️⃣ One small piece of turquoise tied with five-coloured string, or one dadar — a ritual arrow decorated with silk ribbons
一小颗绿松石，并以五色线绑好；或一个 dadar（达达）——以彩色丝带装饰的法箭
4️⃣ One offering cup
一个供杯
5️⃣ One small crystal ball
一个小水晶球
These items are traditionally used as supports for blessings, life-force energy, protection, auspiciousness, and well-being.
这些物品在传统上作为加持、生命力、护佑、吉祥与安康的缘起物。
After the puja, participants may wear the blessed cloth and turquoise, and consume the blessed offering from the cup to receive the blessings. However, please do not worry if you are unable to prepare all the items. By attending the puja with sincere faith and devotion, you will also receive blessings.
修法圆满后，参加者可穿戴已加持的衣物与绿松石，并享用供杯中的加持供品，以领受加持。若未能准备齐全以上物品，也无需担心。只要以虔诚心参加修法，同样能够获得加持。
In Tibetan culture, turquoise is regarded as a precious and auspicious stone that supports life-force, health, spiritual well-being, and blessings. Some Tibetan families pass turquoise stones down through the generations to continue the connection of blessings and protection.
在藏族文化中，绿松石 被视为珍贵而吉祥的宝石，象征生命力、健康、灵性安稳与加持。有些藏族家庭会将绿松石代代相传，以延续加持与护佑的因缘。
A dadar is a ritual arrow decorated with coloured silk ribbons. It is often used in long-life, wealth, Lha Lu life-force, protection, and auspicious practices. It symbolises life-force energy, good fortune, victory over obstacles, auspiciousness, protection, and blessings.
Dadar（达达） 是以彩色丝带装饰的法箭，常用于长寿法、财神法、路鲁生命力修法、护法及吉祥仪轨中。它象征生命力、福报、战胜障碍、吉祥、护佑与加持。
May all participants receive abundant blessings, restored life-force, good health, protection, and auspicious conditions.
愿所有参加者获得殊胜加持，生命力得以恢复，身心安康，远离障碍，吉祥圆满。
