Filling the days with strong yoga practices, workshops to evolve your practice, delicious abundant meals, space for relaxing, exploring or adventuring, ending with slow flows & yin yoga to integrate the learnings of the day.

This is what it looks like when love leads us and community comes together 💫

I have no words that could truly describe the abundant love I feel coming off this magical retreat hosted over the weekend.

I feel truly honoured to have shared space energy with each and every one of these humans and I thank you all for allowing me to hold that space for you.

Dee from you went above and beyond for us and it did not go unnoticed. We feel so abundantly loved by you from the expression of your foods.

Thank you to and for guiding us through the most beautiful Vishuddha Practice, what a blessing it was to have this experience infused into our retreat 😍💖
