Sometimes the most powerful work begins when we stop trying to fix ourselves.

There was a woman I once worked with who had spent years being very capable.

She knew how to take care of others. How to hold everything together. How to keep moving forward.

But when we began exploring feminine embodiment, something very simple started to change.
She began noticing how often she disconnected from her body. 
How difficult it was to say no when something didn’t feel right. 
How unfamiliar it felt to receive without immediately giving something back.

Through movement, breath, sound, touch, ritual and honest exploration, she slowly began to feel herself again.

Not a new version of herself.
Just more herself.
More connected to her desires. More comfortable with her sensuality. More able to feel her boundaries. 
More trusting of what her body was telling her.
This is the kind of exploration we create space for in Women’s Immersion.

A women-only circle where we explore the feminine through Ta**ra & Taoist practices, embodiment, sensuality, pleasure, boundaries, inner child work, shame, movement and ritual.

You don’t need to arrive knowing what you want to change.
You don’t need any previous experience.
You can simply come with curiosity.
And perhaps listen to what has been quietly calling you.
