Looking for a special soul to join us at Arcana.
Arcana Wellness Village is hiring our Hostess & Guest Experience Concierge — the steady, warm presence who greets every guest, holds space for our retreats, and keeps the daily rhythm of the village alive.
You are:
Living on Phangan, or ready to move and live on-site
Experienced in space-holding, ceremony, or healing work
Comfortable speaking warmly to groups
Calm under pressure, naturally organized, remembers names and details
Fluent enough in English to host European wellness travelers (Thai language is optional and beneficial)
What you'll do:
Welcome every guest who arrives. Lead our welcome circles for retreat groups. Know every class, treatment, and event happening that day. Be the friendly face people remember when they think back on their stay at Arcana.
The details:
Schedule: 6 days/week, 7 flexible hours per day. Day off: Saturday.
Compensation: discussed at interview.
On-site staff housing provided.
Start: as soon as possible.
