Helena did it!! 🤩

From beginning Muaythai for the very first time with us here in December to now having her hand raised in April, is an incredible achievement!

Stepping through those ropes is winning already, having your hand raised is just an added bonus. We are very inspired by how hard Helena worked, pushing her body and mind to the absolute limits in training to prove to herself that she can.

Proud is an understatement 🥹🩵
