Man I love how this skill has become so effortless! Jamming to the Phu Quoc sunset sounds.

The first time I posted a success was 2019. 3 years ago…and I still remember how it seemed like such an impossible thing to do when I started (of course I don’t have any videos of that left for comparison because I deleted them all due to imperfection ✨)

Now it seems to me like the most natural thing to do so it’s great to look back and actually realize what a huge success it is 🥸🤩

Today something crazy happened! Pole wheel without hands!!! I didn’t believe that in this life I would be able to not use the 2nd hand but here we go!!! I now believe in miracles and teaching skills. A friend of mine showed me the steps he learned in dimitris online class and voila. Suddenly the fear is gone because the steps are so comprehensive and you can take it up a little notch once you feel secure in the previous one. Not just a wizard on the pole but also in breaking down Tricks 🧙‍♂️
