ในศาสตร์ของ Aikido (ไอคิโด) ความแข็งแกร่งไม่ได้วัดกันที่มัดกล้ามเนื้อหรือความรวดเร็ว แต่มันคือพลังที่กลั่นกรองมาจาก “ความนิ่ง” “ความนุ่มนวล” และ “ความเข้าใจในสรีระ” อย่างลึกซึ้ง
ยิ่งฝึกฝนยาวนาน พลังที่แท้จริงยิ่งไม่จำเป็นต้องปะทะรุนแรง
