📌Prerequisites (Eligibility)
Applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:
• BASI Certified Instructors: Must have completed the Comprehensive Course at least 2 years ago.
• Instructors from Other Organizations: Must have at least 3 years of teaching experience since obtaining their Comprehensive Pilates certification.
📌Curriculum Highlights
• DAY 01: Discussion on teaching methodology, the art of cueing, cueing as a process, and higher principles
• DAY 02: Discussion on exercise progression & programming, the Block System, programming for different populations, and selecting appropriate levels
• DAY 03: Discussion on exercise analysis through movement, muscle testing, movement observation/ analysis, and advanced-level work
