⚠️ Sitting too long ruins your posture and causes lower back pain!
If you sit at a desk all day or drive long distances, you might notice lower back stiffness, bad posture, or rounded shoulders. Leaving this unchecked in the long run isn't good!
Today, I’ve put together a simple 15-to-20 minute Corrective Mobility Routine that you can easily do at home. It will help unlock your spine, open up your chest and shoulders, and strengthen your lower back and core. 🏡✨
💡 4 Exercises to Fix Lower Back Pain:
1️⃣ Cat-Cow Pose (10-12 Reps) — Improves spine mobility.
2️⃣ Open Book Stretch (10-12 Reps / Side) — Opens the chest and upper back.
3️⃣ Glute Bridge (3-4 Sets x 12-15 Reps) — Builds strong glutes and lower back.
4️⃣ Bird Dog (10-12 Reps / Side) — Improves balance and boosts core stability.
Save this video and try it out! Your posture will improve, and that back pain will be gone. 🛡️
