About Solo:

Solo built his training base in his beloved nature home of ao-koei beach, to serve best the athletes who trust him with their progress. He is in love with his eastern way of life here, but he also spends part of the year training private teams in Los Angeles and New York, as well as touring worldwide with his own show as a performing artist. He is well integrated by the Thai community

Athletes come from Thailand and other countries to train with Solo in his own personal home of ao-koei beach, located on a wild untamed beach, in a haven of authentic Thailand far from all the tourist cities and in total immersion with the local Thai community. Here, athletes can focus on their goals and reset with nature in total disconnection from western lifestyle. Mornings are exclusively for Solo training one-on-one with his guests.
