The second stage of KyhoTento we sit in Surziwaza and roll into Handachi. We must extend the hand and control our core for a smooth roll.

Ukemi in Suenaka Ha (Aikido) this is called KyhoTento which is part of 3 stages. The first stage we sit in Surziwaza, making our body like a ball then we roll changing legs from Hidari to Migi (Left to right) using the instep of our foot. This is a basic exercise yet the building blocks to good tumbling.
