My journey began with a curiosity about how yoga could enhance my health and well-being. This curiosity led me to explore yoga, an ancient practice that genuinely piqued my interest. Driven by passion and determination, I sought guidance from a traditional yoga teacher in India. This transformative experience opened my eyes to the essence of yoga, revealing that it’s not just about physical postur
es. The emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation calms the mind and sharpens the brain, offering far more than just physical benefits. In 2018, I took a step towards sharing this knowledge by opening my first studio, “Hidden Garden Studio” in the vibrant heart of Chiang Mai, near the iconic Tha Pae Gate. My dream was to create a sanctuary where students could explore not only yoga but also meditation and holistic healing practices. It’s all about creating the perfect environment for growth. The pandemic in 2019 brought challenges, but teaching yoga online via Zoom allowed me to stay connected with my students. This difficult time deepened my awareness of our intrinsic need for connection with nature and healing. It inspired me to envision a new space that blends mindfulness, creativity, and the beauty of the natural world. It was all about adapting and evolving. In March 2024, my dream began to take shape after earning my E-RYT500 certification from Yoga Alliance (ID: 372231) and teaching numerous students both online and onsite at Hidden Garden Studio. I expanded my offerings to include a variety of classes:
