What a weekend. Proud of every single kid who stepped on the pitch for Esara Fc Evolution.

U8s — first tournament together and they played with so much heart.
U9s — 3rd place and huge growth in character + composure.
U11s — got better every match on day two.
U13s — champions again after two years.

Weekends like this remind me: champions are built at training.
Hard work, consistency, and discipline will always outrun talent.

Thank you to all the parents who showed up, helped out, kept the kids organized, hydrated, ready, and supported. We appreciate you more than you know. 🤍

From 0 Wins to Champions in 6 Months.
Our U9s came, saw, and conquered at the CMC Alpine Tournament.
Six months ago, we lost every single match. Today—we lifted the trophy.
But the real win? The journey.

These boys showed up to every session, stayed late, put in the extra work, and never stopped believing. Their hunger to learn and grow has been inspiring to coach—and even more inspiring to witness.

Our U10s battled hard and played beautiful football with courage and flair. Our U12s started strong but learned firsthand how pressure builds champions. And our newly formed U14s, with a few of our incredible girls in the squad, gave everything in their debut outing.

The most powerful thing across every age group?

Relentless effort. Grit under pressure. A desire to grow.

That’s the culture we’re building at Esara FC Evolution.

The trophy is just a byproduct. The real victory is in who we’re becoming.

แต่วันนี้ เราชูถ้วยแชมป์ขึ้นเหนือศีรษะ
และชัยชนะที่แท้จริง… คือเส้นทางที่ผ่านมา

เด็กๆ กลุ่มนี้มาเข้าซ้อมทุกครั้ง ไม่เคยขาด ซ้อมเพิ่มหลังเลิกซ้อม และทุ่มเทอย่างไม่มีเงื่อนไข พวกเขามีใจที่อยากเรียนรู้ อยากพัฒนา — เป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้เราในฐานะโค้ชอย่างแท้จริง

ทีม U10 ของเราก็ทำผลงานได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยม เล่นด้วยใจเกินร้อยและโชว์ความสามารถที่น่าตื่นเต้น
ทีม U12 เริ่มต้นได้ดี แต่ได้เรียนรู้บทเรียนสำคัญเมื่อเจอกับความกดดัน
ส่วนทีม U14 ซึ่งเพิ่งรวมตัวกันใหม่ — พร้อมด้วยเด็กผู้หญิงฝีเท้าเยี่ยมบางคน — ก็สู้เต็มที่ในทัวร์นาเมนต์แรกของพวกเขา

สิ่งที่น่าประทับใจที่สุดจากทุกทีม?
คือ “ความมุ่งมั่น ความพยายาม และความไม่ยอมแพ้แม้ในยามกดดัน”
