ประกาศยุติการให้บริการและการคืนเงิน
เรียน ลูกค้าที่เคารพทุกท่าน
ทางเราขอเรียนแจ้งให้ทราบว่า Golf Point Center Chiang Mai ภายใต้การดำเนินงานของ บริษัท ณวิน จำกัด จะยุติการให้บริการ ณ สถานที่แห่งนี้ โดยวันสุดท้ายของการให้บริการคือวันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2568
ทางบริษัทขอขอบพระคุณท่านเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ไว้วางใจและชื่นชอบในบริการของเราตลอดมา ท่านคือหนึ่งในลูกค้าที่มีคุณค่าสำหรับเราเสมอ และเรารู้สึกซาบซึ้งใจเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้รับโอกาสในการให้บริการท่าน
สำหรับผู้ใช้บริการที่ยังคงมีชั่วโมงเรียนคงเหลืออยู่ ทางศูนย์ฯ ยังคงเปิดให้บริการตามปกติจนถึงวันปิดทำการ ดังนั้น เพื่อให้ท่านสามารถใช้สิทธิ์การเรียนได้อย่างครบถ้วน จึงใคร่ขอความกรุณาท่านเข้ามาใช้บริการภายในระยะเวลาดังกล่าวตามความสะดวก
ทั้งนี้ สำหรับชั่วโมงเรียนที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้บริการหลังวันปิดทำการ ทางบริษัทจะดำเนินการคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน เป็นจำนวนเงินที่เทียบเท่ากับจำนวนชั่วโมงเรียนที่เหลืออยู่ เพื่อประโยชน์สูงสุดของผู้ใช้บริการ ทางเรายินดีดำเนินการคืนเงินสำหรับชั่วโมงเรียนที่เหลือทั้งหมดในแพ็กเกจ ทั้งในส่วนของชั่วโมงหลักและชั่วโมงแถม โดยจะดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จ ภายใน 15 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2568
วิธีการขอคืนเงิน
สำหรับลูกค้าที่ประสงค์จะขอรับเงินคืน กรุณาดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้:
1. ติดต่อทีมงานผ่านช่องทาง LINE Official: https://lin.ee/XCPNApf
2. ระบุชื่อ–นามสกุล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ที่ใช้ลงทะเบียน และรายละเอียดแพ็กเกจที่ต้องการขอคืนเงิน
3. ทีมงานจะดำเนินการตรวจสอบข้อมูล และแจ้งขั้นตอนการโอนเงินคืนภายใน 7 วันทำการ
4. การคืนเงินจะครอบคลุมทั้งชั่วโมงหลักและชั่วโมงแถมที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้งาน ตามระบบบันทึกการเข้าใช้บริการ
5. การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการภายใน 15 วันทำการ หลังจากวันปิดให้บริการอย่างเป็นทางการในวันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2568

Service Termination & Refund Announcement
Dear Valued Customers,
We would like to inform you that Golf Point Center Chiang Mai, operated by Nawin Co., Ltd., will officially cease operations at this location. The final day of service will be 31 May 2025.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued trust and support. You have always been a valued customer, and it has been our sincere honor to serve you.
For customers who still have remaining lesson hours, our center will continue normal operations until the closure date. To make full use of your remaining hours, we kindly encourage you to schedule your sessions at your earliest convenience before the service ends.
For any remaining unused hours after the closure, we are committed to issuing a full refund equivalent to the value of your remaining lesson hours. In the interest of our customers, this refund will cover both the main and *free hours* in your package. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days following the official closure on 31 May 2025.

Refund Procedure
For customers who wish to request a refund, please follow the steps below:

2. Provide your full name, registered phone number, and details of the package you would like to refund
3. Our team will verify your information and provide further refund instructions within 7 business days
4. The refund will cover all unused main and free hours according to our customer visit recording system
5. Refund transfers will be completed within 15 business days after the official closure date on 31 May 2025
