ตำแหน่ง: Program Director
📍 ประจำ ATC Taekwondo Chiang Mai
หน้าที่หลัก:
• ดูแลและพัฒนาหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอน
• วางแผนและควบคุมโปรแกรมการฝึกซ้อม
• ดูแลคุณภาพการสอนของทีมโค้ช
• สร้างบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ที่ปลอดภัยและเหมาะสมสำหรับเด็ก
• มีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนานักเรียนทั้งด้านทักษะ ความมั่นใจ และวินัย
• ช่วยพัฒนากิจกรรมและโปรแกรมใหม่ ๆ ของยิม
คุณสมบัติ
🥋 มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Taekwondo / Coaching
❤️ รักการทำงานกับเด็กและมีความรับผิดชอบ
💪 มีภาวะผู้นำและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
🗣️ สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยหรือภาษาอังกฤษได้
⭐ หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารโปรแกรมการสอน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

🥋 ATC TAEKWONDO IS HIRING – PROGRAM DIRECTOR
We are looking for a passionate, talented, and dedicated person who loves working with children to join the ATC Taekwondo Chiang Mai team.
Position: Program Director
📍 Based at ATC Taekwondo Chiang Mai
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage our training curriculum
• Plan and oversee training programs
• Maintain and improve the quality of coaching
• Create a safe and positive learning environment for children
• Help students develop their skills, confidence, and discipline
• Develop new programs and activities for the gym
Qualifications:
🥋 Experience in Taekwondo / Coaching
❤️ Passion for working with children and strong responsibility
💪 Strong leadership and teamwork skills
🗣️ Ability to communicate in Thai or English
⭐ Experience in managing educational or training programs is a plus
