This Sunday 20 September, start the day with movement, then take your time with everything that follows.

Join Bangkok-based yoga teacher Babymild for a morning Syndrome Away Yoga session, bringing together gentle movement, mobility, breathwork and deep relaxation. A chance to slow down, reconnect with your body, and ease into the weekend at your own pace.
Then, head downstairs to Yellow Lane for brunch, drinks and time to catch up with the community.
And if you're joining the Full Experience, keep the day going at Dip Onsen with an all-day pass.
Move between the hot and cold pools, sauna, steam room and relaxation areas — whether you're looking for some recovery time, a little quiet, or simply a slow Sunday with friends.
Think of it as a simple Sunday flow:
Movement → Nourishment → Recovery → Connection
No need to rush from one thing to the next. Come for the morning, stay for the day, and make the most of your Sunday at your own pace.
Yoga → Yellow Lane → Dip Onsen
Please bring: your own yoga mat, water bottle and swimsuit. Water refill stations are available at the venue.
*Full Experience guests who are new to Dip Onsen are kindly asked to create a Dip Onsen account in advance for a smoother registration on the day.*
